Delete Your Revela Account

Delete In The App

Open Revela, go to Profile, open Account, and choose Delete Cloud Account under Data controls. You will be asked to type DELETE before anything is removed.

Request Help Without The App

Email privacy@userevela.com from the address connected to your Revela account. Use the subject Revela account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership, but we will never ask for your password, one-time code, or private journal text.

What Deletion Removes

Deletion removes the Revela cloud account and associated Revela profile, preferences, guided-session history, journal and reset entries, saved Scripture activity, growth records, and other account-linked app data we control. Local data on a device may need to be cleared from that device.

Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or law, as described in the final production privacy policy.

Subscriptions Are Separate

Deleting a Revela account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you do not want it to renew. Deletion does not remove any refund or transaction records that a store must retain.

Registry, Beta, Feedback, Or Church Interest

These records are not deleted through the mobile account button. Email privacy@userevela.com from the same contact address and identify which registry, beta, feedback, or church-interest record you want removed. We will not ask for a password, member list, private journal, or pastoral information.

Timing And Questions

In-app deletion is intended to begin immediately after confirmation. Support-assisted requests will be processed within a reasonable period after ownership is verified. Questions can be sent to privacy@userevela.com.
